1. Cookies and browser storage
A cookie is a small text file placed by a website. Modern websites may also use local storage or session storage in the browser. These technologies can remember a choice, keep a form experience working, limit repeated prompts or measure how a campaign performs.
In this policy, “cookies” is used as a convenient term for cookies and similar browser-storage technologies.
2. Storage used by this website
| Name or category | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
artegy_consent_v1 | Remembers your privacy selection and whether optional measurement is allowed. | Essential local storage | Up to 12 months |
| Diagnosis dismissal and submission keys | Prevents the website from repeatedly showing a lead prompt after dismissal or submission. | Essential/functional local storage | Seven-day operational cap for dismissal; submission preference remains until storage is cleared |
| Session prompt and interest keys | Stops repeated prompts in one session and makes a requested diagnosis relevant to the page or service viewed. | Essential/functional session storage | Until the browser session ends |
artegy_first_touch and artegy_last_touch | Remembers campaign source, medium and UTM attribution across visits. | Optional measurement local storage | Up to 90 days |
| Server and security logs | Helps deliver the website, investigate errors and protect against abuse. | Server-side essential data | According to operational and security needs |
3. Analytics, advertising and third parties
The website includes an internal event layer so consented interactions can be measured if an analytics service is configured. At the effective date, the website does not intentionally activate third-party advertising or remarketing cookies through this consent choice.
If Google Analytics, advertising pixels, heatmaps or comparable optional services are added, they should be held until the relevant permission is given, disclosed here and reflected in the preference manager.
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and other external platforms may allow those platforms to process information after you open them. Their cookie and privacy policies then apply.
4. Your choices
- Select “Essential only” to keep optional measurement off.
- Select “Allow optional” to permit campaign attribution and optional measurement.
- Open at any time from the website footer.
- Use browser controls to delete stored data or block cookies. Blocking all storage may affect forms, consent memory and prompt frequency.
Where the browser communicates Global Privacy Control or an enabled Do Not Track signal, the website defaults optional storage to off. You may still open Cookie settings to review the choice.
5. Changes and contact
This policy will be updated if storage names, providers or purposes materially change. Questions may be sent to anmol@theartegy.com.
