The Artegy does not sell or rent personal information. Website enquiries are used to understand and respond to the request you make.

1. Scope and responsibility

This Privacy Policy applies to theartegy.ae, its landing pages, forms and related website communications. For personal information collected through this website, The Artegy is responsible for deciding how and why that information is used.

The Artegy is a Dubai-based marketing business. Contact: anmol@theartegy.com.

This policy is designed with reference to the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. The official UAE portal describes the law as the federal framework for processing, confidentiality, data-subject rights and cross-border transfers. See the official UAE overview.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Name, company or project name, work email and WhatsApp or telephone number.
  • Your role, commercial priority, campaign or project challenge and any message you submit.
  • Consent choices and records of communications with us.
  • Information supplied during a proposal, briefing or client relationship.

Website and attribution information

  • The page visited, referring page and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term.
  • Basic technical or security information made available by the browser, server or hosting environment, such as IP address, browser type, timestamps and request logs.
  • Browser-storage choices used to remember consent, prevent repeated prompts and, only when optional measurement is allowed, remember campaign attribution.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data through the public forms. Please do not submit identity documents, bank details, health information or other sensitive material unless specifically required under a separate engagement and secure process.

3. How and why we use information

  • To respond to an enquiry, arrange a call and assess whether The Artegy is suitable for the requested mandate.
  • To prepare a proposal, take steps toward a contract and deliver agreed services.
  • To route, secure and maintain form submissions and prevent spam or misuse.
  • To understand website and campaign performance when optional measurement has been allowed.
  • To maintain business, tax, contractual and legal records.
  • To establish, exercise or defend legal rights and comply with lawful requests.

Depending on the context, processing may rely on your consent, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests that do not override your rights, or a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully carried out.

Marketing communications

Submitting a project enquiry does not enrol you into a general newsletter. We may follow up about the request you made. Separate promotional communication will only be sent where permitted and with a clear way to opt out.

4. Sharing and international transfers

Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with:

  • Hosting, website, email, communications, CRM, analytics or security providers acting for The Artegy.
  • Professional advisers, insurers, auditors or authorities where required.
  • Approved team members or delivery partners who need the information for a proposal or contracted service.
  • A successor in a genuine merger, restructuring or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality.

Some providers may process information outside the UAE. Where cross-border processing occurs, we seek to use appropriate contractual, organisational and security measures and consider the transfer requirements of applicable UAE law.

WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn and other third-party platforms operate under their own privacy terms. When you open those services, their policies apply.

5. Retention and security

Unconverted website enquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months so we can respond, maintain an enquiry record and avoid repeatedly asking for the same context. Client and financial records may be kept longer where required by contract, tax, accounting or law. Campaign-attribution storage is limited as described in the Cookie Policy.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, protected server locations, spam controls and limited access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information has been compromised, contact us promptly.

6. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may ask to:

  • Receive information about personal data being processed and obtain a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete information or restrict or stop certain processing.
  • Object to processing or withdraw consent.
  • Receive or transfer information where portability applies.
  • Understand relevant automated processing. The current public enquiry process does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

The official UAE legislation platform describes rights to processing information, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. See the official legislation page.

We may need to verify identity before completing a request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

7. Children

This business-to-business website is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the enquiry forms. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

8. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when website tools, providers, services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented prominently where appropriate.

9. Contact and requests

Email privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests to anmol@theartegy.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. You may also contact the relevant UAE authority where applicable.
